The Websites are freely accessible from any location to any user with Internet access. All costs incurred by the user to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the user's expense.

We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions and return policy at any time. KAOBA ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.kaoba.ma) ("Website"). By

placing an order through this Online Store you will be agreeing to the terms below.

These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this

Arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

1.      General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our

website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not

be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will

fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would

prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us

to process a refund.

 

2.      Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for delivery will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for delivery cost to the customer.

Delivery and assembly are free within a radius of 25 km in Casablanca, and from 10 to 20 km to the other cities, if the order exceeds 2000.00 dhs, and the deadlines of this one are given only as an indication and without obligation on our part. Therefore KAOBA will not be liable for any penalty, indemnity or damages in case of delay of delivery.

In case of delivery carried out by us, the customer is obliged to be present at the place of delivery for the reception and verification of his order, and any complaint must be made at the time of assembly. In case the transport is provided by the customer, the company KAOBA is not responsible for the damage caused.

In both cases, our responsibility ends with the delivery of the goods to the customer or to any person who represents him. The KAOBA delivery note intended by the customer or by any person representing him is a proof of delivery.
In the event that the customer wants to delay his delivery, KAOBA, grants him a period of 30 days, beyond this period of storage fees will be charged to the customer at the rate of 1% monthly of the amount of the invoice.

3.      Delivery Terms

a.      Dispatch Time :

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order inside Casablanca , and 15 days for other cities.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except

on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these

instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

b.      Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at

any time before the order has been dispatched.

 

c.       Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and

dispatch the rest of the order.

 

d.      Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we

can conduct an investigation

 

e.      Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be

able to follow the progress of their order based on the latest updates made

available by the shipping provider.

 

f.        Item Damaged In Delivery :

If you find an item damaged in-delivery, if possible, please claim to our assembly agent they will get in touch with our customer service and replace it in the moment. If not please contact customer

service with next steps.

 

4.      Duties & Taxes

Sales Tax :

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the

website

 

5.      Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to

accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.

6.      Process for item damaged in-delivery

We will process an on-site replacement.

7.      Warranty :

Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts or equipment found defective by our Assembly agents at the time of delivery.

9.      Refunding Policy

We shall refund the amount paid to purchase the products if they are not available in our stock and refund the money to your credit card account used in payment. However, please note that once your order is completed and a transaction is made only a store credit refund is possible only and only if your order is not dispatch yet . Other than, as stated in the return policy, we shall not refund any delivery or assembly fees you paid if you demand to return the products we delivered to the specified address. The date of refund to your credit card may differ according to your Bank. (It may take from (1) business day to (45) days.)

10.  Return Policy :

   Please mention that following our intern policy purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged. Some exceptions apply, please contact our customer service.
